Management

Property Exponents are responsible for the administration of the entire block and have run the block since inception. They are involved in the day-to-day running of the block and work closely with the Board of Trustees.

Security

Pro Exec Security ensures Metropolis is kept safe and secure with 2 security guards on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The security system at Metropolis uses touch points to ensure patrols are carried out around the clock.

Cleaning

BSS Cleaning Services are responsible for cleaning and maintenance and have been doing so for over 7 years. They have team of two who work 6 days a week adhering to strict procedures and maintenance measures.

Construction

As initial builders of the Metropolis building Group Five have remained committed to ensuring that the building stands the test of time and that any structural issues are quickly and correctly addressed.

To ensure that the building is run efficiently, cost effectively and environmentally friendly, Metropolis has undergone the following implementations:

In 2013 Metropolis installed energy efficient light fittings and fixtures in all common areas resulting in Electricity savings of almost 50% in some months.

Landscaping Cape Town

Metropolis adheres to a low maintenance policy though the application of maintenance-free plants and landscaping.
